Sunday Kids' Club (aka Sunday School) meets each Sunday in the Fellowship Hall of the St. Michael Annex, from 9:40 am to 10:35am, for ages three to grade five when public school is in session from September to May.
Adult Sunday School meets each Sunday from 9:40 to 10:35 in the Multipurpose Room of the St. Michael Annex. Led by retired ELCA pastors Tom Wickstrom and John Hagedorn, the current study is the Small Catechism, in celebration of the 500th anniversary of the Protestant reformation. Classes run from September to April.
Sunday Teen Socials for grades six to 12 meet at 9:45 in the Youth Loft of the St. Michael Annex. Socials run from September to May.
Midweek Teen Socials are also for grades six to 12 in the Youth Loft of the St. Michael Annex. We typically eat a meal together, hold biblical discussions and devotions, play games, and organize service activities. We currently meet Wednesdays at 6:30pm, following confirmation. They continue September through May.
Confirmation Class is for grades seven and eight. We meet in the Youth Loft on Wednesday nights at 6pm for half an hour, just before our mid-week teen socials. We are studying the New Testament. Our classes continue through May.
A Book discussion takes place each first Tuesday of the month at 7 pm in the Fellowship Hall, unless otherwise stated.
Men's Bible Study meet each Friday morning at 8:15 am. We are currently meeting at the Panera Bread location near the Wellington Mall at 10540 Forest Hill Blvd. Luther's Small Catechism is the present study.
WELCA, Women of the ELCA, meets the second Tuesday of each month in the St. Michael Annex, September to May. Enjoy bible study, great fellowship and good food. New faces are of course always welcome!
