Independent Living Graduation Care Packages - 

April 27th - May 18th

This project benefits young adults 18 to 22 years old that are aging out of the foster care system administered by ChildNet.

We are encouraging the donation of completed care packages, items for care packages, or cash.

Ongoing Outreach Program â€‹-

Sandwich making to assist the local homeless population

Will take place monthly in Fellowship Hall at St. Michael's

​

Items we collect throughout the year -

*Aluminum pull tabs

Donated to The Shriners who collect and recycle the tabs.

Proceeds benefit families using the Ronald McDonald Houses in order to stay near their sick children

​

* Used eyeglasses 

Donated to The Lions Organization to give to third world countries.

​

* Non perishable food

Donated to The Farmworkers Council of Palm Beach County.

Helps to feed over 300 families every week.

​

* Butterflies for hospice

These paper butterflies are made and donated to Empath Hospice to be used by staff when a patient passes on.

Contact St Michael for instructions on how to make.

​

* Handmade baby blankets

Donated to mothers in need at Good Samaritan Hospital

Can be knitted, crocheted, quilted, or whatever your talent.

Contact St Michael to learn how to crochet or if you need a pattern.

​

*Publix gift cards for those in need

​
