Youth

A children's message is incorporated into the service every Sunday. In addition, every 1st and 3rd Sunday, Children's Church is offered during the service. The children and teachers gather in a nearby room for child friendly lessons, based on the sermon and readings from the service.

Teen Socials for grades 6 to 12 meet on Sunday afternoon at 4pm. We will meet in the youth loft, located in the annex. Socials run from September to May and are focused on learning from biblical themes. We typically eat a meal/snack together, hold biblical discussions and devotions, play games and organize service activities. * On hold at this time

First Communion

First Communion Class is open to all baptized children of any age. Send email to stmelc@bellsouth.net for additional information.

Confirmation
​
Confirmation Class is for grades 7 and 8. The class is open to all seventh and eighth graders, or sixth graders with mutual consent of teachers and parents. Send an email to stmelc@bellsouth.net for additional information.
